Returns Policy By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period or to return faulty or damaged goods please contact us for a returns form. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us with the completed returns form (in the case of a cancelled purchase - so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.) For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods at your own risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you should not unpack the goods when they arrive and should send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Postage for returns will only be refunded where goods are faulty. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
